We are 2 single men who are looking for a 3rd person to round out our townhouse in the midtown area. It is a really nice place and we are looking for the right personality. The room is a little on the small side at (10x12) but there is a good sized closet and space in the garage for some storage. There are 2.5 bathrooms and the kitchen is really nice with tons of storage.
We are different ages (30’s and 40’s) but are really good friends and would love to welcome someone new into the mix. One works during the day and one at night. We are clean but not spotless and will expect someone to be also.
We are looking for anyone that fits in. No couples because the place is not big enough. No pets because it’s just not what we are looking for. However, we accept all people and anyone is welcome to reach out. The room has a couple pieces of furniture that you are welcome to.
So give us a little bit about yourself. What you like to do, work, where you are from and anything else that would be helpful. We will be conducting interviews and hopefully will have someone lined up to move in on July 1st. First/Security is best. Thank you for your time and consideration.
