The furnished bedroom, measuring 12'2" X 11'3", and the living spaces are available for the person that will be living here. The bedroom contains a full-sized bed, a newer mattress and all bedding, a nightstand, a chest of drawers, a desk, and chair, a bookshelf, an area rug on wood floors, and a mirrored-door closet. The living room is comfortably furnished. The laundry room and well-equipped kitchen are for your use. I pay for all utilities including internet. The house is climate-controlled with forced air gas heat and air conditioning.
The damage/security deposit of $550 is refunded upon leaving as long as 30 days' notice is given, there has been no property damage and the rent is up to date.
I am looking to rent to a person who doesn't smoke tobacco or use drugs at any time, on or off of the property. (I am very sensitive to smoke smells.) Also looking for someone respectful, tidy, and responsible adult who cherishes their privacy. I ask that you clean up after yourself in the shared areas. Light, social drinker, or sober person only.
No first and last month rent is required. I rent month to month but am hoping for the right person for a long-term housemate relationship.
