Seeking a quiet, respectful renter for house share in my Awbrey butte home.
A close drive or bike to old mill, downtown- a fantastic location!
The space for rent is a full daylight basement with; off street parking, private entrance and 800 square foot covered porch, bedroom, full private bathroom with tub/shower, living room, and laundry room.
Living room has a space with 2 mini fridges, microwave and TV.
It is furnished.
The laundry room is shared.
Rent fee includes ALL utilities, Wi-fi , etc.
Deposit- and first month rent due at time of move in.
Seeking a n individual, professional, employed person (employed out of the home)- who is not loud/ partying.
Space not suitable for children or families -individual persons only.
It is also not ideal for someone who loves to cook.
No pets and no cigarette smoking.
