Available March 1st (can be sooner if necessary), we have a basic room (relaxed part time dad, and an awesome 16 year old boy that stays on weekends, and mellow, barely home other roommate that you'll share the bathroom with) for rent in a nice, chill, 4 bed/ 2 bath, family home ($875/flat per month, all utilities included).
If you're a mellow, kind, respectful, generally easy to get along with person, looking to hang your hat in a warm, welcoming, clean, considerate environment, this may be a fit.
Keep to yourself as much as you'd like (head to your room and shut the door for privacy) or feel welcome to be a part of our little crew when hanging at home- no expectations, free flowing vibe. Overall, this is a very peaceful place day and night, so we're ready to find the person that is looking for that.
We are on a pretty standard wake up/work/home for dinner schedule during the week and our weekends are usually out and about hiking, playing sports, etc. . . basically just adventuring around and enjoying our beautiful Bend. Otherwise, "Dad" is busy working out of town (sometimes several weeks at a time) so it'll just be you and the other roommate.
We like the idea of leaving our extra room open for guests but it really doesn't get much use so, with the rental market here being as tight as it is, it makes more sense to allow someone the opportunity to live in it.
