Cash Buyer looking for a home at the coast between Pacific City and Astoria. I am looking for an off-market property to be a staging ground for fishing and visits from friends and family. A house and a shop would be preferred. As far as condition, I have no problem rehabbing but am hoping to find a place in decent condition.
