Position Summary
As a Service Deli Customer Service Clerk, you’ll work behind our popular deli counter, preparing fresh products, assisting customers, and supporting overall operations. From sales and food safety to merchandising and teamwork, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly while delivering outstanding service.
Weekend availability is required.
This is a Part-time, non-supervisory position.

Pay Scale
We believe in paying employees fairly for doing work of comparable character in line with the Oregon Equal Pay Act, and we’ve implemented an internal pay-scale system based on hours worked.
This position is part of our internal pay scale, which means for every 1040 hours you work, you’ll move to the next level in pay until you reach the maximum of the scale – we call that “Journeyman.” Pretty cool, huh?

• A current Food Handler’s Permit
• Deli experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency
• Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
• Basic computer skills and software navigation
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
