February 2025 to current day- Lead fencer at Cascade fence and construction
Currently working for Cascade as their lead fencer. Run a crew of 3-6 people depending on the size of project. We install any kind of fence be it chain link, barbed wire, green log, cedar or iron. Fabricate custom welded gates occasionally. I interact with the clientele to ensure all work is what was agreed in the bid and to confirm with them prior to starting and completing work. Drive a 5500 chevy flatbed to pick up all materials as well as order materials for job sites ensuring everything is accommodated for as well as tow a 30ft trailer so am proficient in that aspect. (Reason for leaving is the company informed me they're going to be slowing down and to prepare to find work elsewhere.) Pay is 35$ an hour.
August 2022- January 2025 HVAC Tech SeaSide Air
Previously a HVAC Tech doing new construction, service, maintanence and new installs for SeaSide Air. Currently doing single and multi level residential units. Do everything there is from stacking the furnace, to setting boots, running wall stacks, exhaust vents and fans, fresh air intakes and exhausts, pvc intake and exhausts, low voltage wiring, dryer venting, hard piping of all sizes, running and welding linesets are all day to day operations. I also do all the companies gas piping for all new construction installs. Working with iron pipe from 1/2" all the way up to 1 1/4" with as many drops as four in a single home for range, water heater, fireplace and the actual unit. As well we do service, maintenance and new installs of heat pumps, ductless, furnaces from A-C and traditional spilt systems in a residential setting.

We did both AC and DC operated systems, EV chargers and MPU's. Familiar with different types of footings, rails, roof materials, inverters and optimizers, different types of hardware and hooking up panels. We do all our own electrical work. Comfortable on roofs and heights. (Reason for leaving is i wanted to get paid piece rate but they wanted me to stay hourly.) Pay 30$

Helping make a Hampton Inn in Buellton CA, I have experience wiring a room, setting up make up, staple, nail plate, fire caulking, setup trapeze systems for conduits, lick and stick conduits to and from panels, bending conduits, measuring and cutting accurately and efficiently, running homeruns, pulling wires, setting anchors into concrete or wood, and inspecting wires for damages. (This was a temporary position to assist the Foreman as an additional helper position. The project was completed.) Pay 25$
July 2018-November 2020 Interior remodeling Apprentice
I worked directly alongside a general contractor and helped him remodel several different houses. We were a two man team and he taught me how to be competent in demolition work, all phases of drywall work from install, taping, mudding, sanding ect. I also learned how to read a tape measurer, use all hand and power tools associated with remodeling. Framing, rough in and finish electrical, panting, tiling, appliance installation were all learned on the job. (Reason for leaving is owner moved out of state. Pay 20$ an hour.)
