Bottom line you get 70 days per year, to use, give away to friends, family charity's, etc.:
Your ownership gets you access to the unit for one week every 5 weeks. Monday through Monday. 2019 weeks include: 1/14; 2/18; 3/25; 4/29; 6/10; 7/15; 8/19;9/23; 10/28; 12/09, etc. Depending on your school schedule this might be spring break. Every few years based on schedule we get over Thanksgiving or Christmas week. I can send schedule for next 10 years if you like.

Enjoyed this vacation rental for decades with kids. Kids moved away and we just do not use that much any more.
We enjoy the golf side of the resort as kids can play on grass and you can watch form deck....
We used 2 - 4 times per year ourselves then gave the other weeks away to friends and family as well as donated weeks to charity auctions that we support. Talk to your CAP about tax benefits

This is not a time share it is 20% ownership in unit. However you can join a timeshare and trade weeks you do not use.... There are time share options on site. If interested you can also allow Eagle Crest to rent you unit our to others you taking a %. There also is a company that owns and manages units at Eagle Crest who takes a smaller % of rent, if you want to rent through her (I can provide if interested - helps pay for if you not using...). If you rent out during summer one week and during winter (skiing) one week you would be surprised the income... Check out on Eagle Crests web page what a 3 bed two bath on the gold course rents for.
Eagle Crest does all maintenance, unit upgrades, cleaning. Come and relax and not spend your vacation doing maintenance.

When you are looking at other units in Eagle Crest ensure you compare: number of weeks; 3 bed or 2 bed room unit; ownership or vacation rental; location on the resort.... This unit is on the golf course side of Redtail Hawk Dr. One building from the members only swimming pool.

This unit is 22. If you look on map it is one building from the swimming pool, on the golf course.
There is an email list where you can offer your week to the group (of other owners) to trade their weeks. Our neighbor did that and traded his weeks with 9 other owners and got a total of 10 units all the same week and paid for a large family reunion. Grandma and Grandpa were heroes!
Monthly $490 fees cover:
* All utilities (water, sewer, electrical, phone, internet, garbage);
* all cleanings after your use;
* all maintenance to the home inside and out;
* any needed repairs to the home inside or out;
* no "resort fees" when you check in or check out;
* all towels, sheets bedding... changed/cleaned post every visit; All laundry soaps, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels...;
* access to all Members only areas/pools/exercise facilities... (no access fees);
* All hot tub maintenance and every other day inspections for ph, water...
* Unit upgrades, every year various unit upgrades happen. This year all new exterior furniture, new roof and exterior painted. Last year new hot tub, cover and deck upgrade; year before was all new internal / decor updates... Year before that was all new flat screen TV/DVD/Stereo...
