Annual one week interval for weeks 1 – 23 (Jan – June) and 37 – 52 (Sept. – Dec.). Known as Preferred Plus Holiday Plus Season. You are not tied to a specific condo. All units are the same. Full kitchen, dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer, 1 king bed, 2 twins, 1 queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, balcony or patio, golf or canyon/river view. No jacuzzi or whirlpool.
Timeshare owners, significant others, and children can use pools, hot tubs, gyms, basketball courts, tennis courts, racquetball courts, bike trails, and splash pad on the week that they are in residence. During occupancy week, owners receive up to 6 guest passes for free.
Some units are fully certified ADA compliant. Many others have grab bars etc. to facilitate use by guests with physical limitations.
Bonus Use as space is available for any time of year.
Annual Maintenance Fee and Association Dues have been paid for 2025.

We'll pay for the costs in transferring the property, aka Closing Costs thru a local Oregon title company. It's about the same as the asking price ($1,000).
