Our loss can be your gain! Our gorgeous Eagle Crest timeshare unit can be yours, one week per year, for an annual maintenance fee of $1,112 (2026). No other cost involved - we will cover title fees. Get away to the high desert of Central Oregon in this two-bedroom, two-bath townhome, sleeping six when utilizing double sofa bed in living room. Master suite is upstairs with king-sized bed, soaking tub, shower, walk-in closet and private deck. Second bedroom on ground floor has twin beds. Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, range and microwave, coffee maker and blender. Gas fireplace in living room. Ground floor deck has table, chairs and propane barbeque grill. Front porch has storage closet. Washer and dryer are in ground floor bathroom. Each unit has a designated parking space, with extra spaces available. Units are non-smoking and pet-free.

Eagle Crest is a destination resort, offering indoor and outdoor pools, children's pool and splash pad, and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The fitness center nearest the condo units offers tennis, volleyball, and gym equipment, and puzzles, books and DVDs are available to check out. Other fitness centers on the property offer basketball and pickleball. Extensive paved bike and walking trails wind through the property and there are several playgrounds for the kids. Use of these amenities is included with your ownership, not limited to the week of occupancy! Three golf courses are on-site; two championship courses and a mid-iron course, not to mention a real grass putting course, all available at reduced 'owner' rates There is a full-service restaurant and bar on-site, as well as café dining. A small convenience store is also on-site for those last-minute needs.

Unit is available for use weeks 1-23 and 37-52. It is also available September 21-28, 2026 if you'd like to try it on for size - just reimburse us for this year's maintenance fee.
