There are two lots: 2105 and 2109 (Parcel 2 and 3 in the drawing). Both lots are ADU (accessory dwelling unit) approved so you can build a nice cottage for grandma to be close to the grandkids, or to rent out for additional income. This area is fully built out and one block from Bend's best kept secret, Hollingshead Park and Community Garden.

As with any loan, the sales price, interest rate, loan term, financial strength of borrower, and down payment are all connected. If one goes up, one or more of the others generally go down. So the price I've quoted represents the other components of the loan being very 'good'; meaning low down, low interest rate, a strong borrower, and enough time to build. If those components are changed, as an example the interest rate is raised, then the sales price can go down.
