I will supervise the build out of your home on your lot starting at $35,000 for up to 1,600 sf and $40,000 for 1,601 sf to 2,000 sf. $45,000 for 2,001-2,500 sf. And $50,000 up to 3,500 sf . I have an amazing group of subcontractors who are fast , do fantastic work and less $ than anybody . The way it works is we identify a lot you want and you purchase or you already have your own lot. You would finance the entire project and I will build the home from start to finish . Prices are after permitted . Excavation ready .I currently have one under construction on the Deschutes river on Snowgoose in OWW2
We get 3-4 bids on every phase of the build and decide who to go with. I have many many cost saving avenues in building a home .Most builders are double to triple what I’m charging .
