We are looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties. In this role, you will evaluate homes to ensure they are in immaculate condition, sparkling clean, and stocked and ready for incoming guests and owners. You will move from home to home checking commonly used items like tv controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also check to ensure the property has all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs in the event that you detect one during an inspection (think light bulbs, batteries, loose screws). You will communicate large maintenance repairs, and other important findings, to the respective departments upon completion of your inspection. As a vacation rental management company, consistent and accurate inspections and great communication are at the center of our success, so your job really matters. And it's fun!
This is a part-time position with hours varying based on seasonal demand. You can expect to work 15-30 hours per week based on need and should be available to work weekends. Work hours are typically between 9:00-5:00.
