Blew the Voice Coil, No continuity.
There are replacement 4 ohm voice coils available pretty cheap, like 40 bucks.
There are videos on how to do surgery on the speaker to replace it.
Or you can put another speaker in the box, several different 8" subs out there.
This was $450 New. Replacement speaker from JL $350 or so.
Should of had a Bridge to protect the Voicecoil of the speaker but one was Not installed so it blew it.
