Join our quiet community with your tiny house!! The parking space can accommodate up to 34 foot Tiny house ( RVs not considered)There is a lovely private view looking at the junipers and sagebrush. There is a 30 amp and water hook up. Electricity is individually metered( paid separately by tenant) ; Parking for one vehicle ( and if you have a horse the horse trailer too) , It’s a ten minute walk to BLM and the river for hiking and walks. No extra charge for star viewing, owls hooting and coyotes calling during the evenings! Included with the rent is wifi, trash service, water, winter plowing, and road care (this property is serviced by a well and septic) and accessed via a maintained gravel road). Electricity is paid separately. Background check required and all references and former landlords will be called (you pay fee); non refundable deposit to hold, first month and refundable security deposit as well as refundable pet deposit. Private owner not property manager.

Pets considered with interview. Landlord on property. Property is on 5 fenced acres with livestock (goats) and my dogs ( 2) and barn cats (2). Space for gardens and other adventures. I will immediately delete without reading if you don’ t put "Owls Hooting" somewhere in the header or subject of your response

And if you have a horse, there is room in the barn for yours! Additional fee for horse space rental (12 x 12 Stall, large outrun 12x24, larger fenced dry lot 1/2 acre, and 3 acre Paddock Paradise to keep them moving. Hot wire and hard 2x4 no climb fencing in the paddock paradise, 5 foot 2x4 no climb in the main pens. Self care.

Single person most suitable who likes privacy , quiet, nature. Maturity honored; Responsible person who doesn't need reminding of responsibilities. Lets see if this can work out!
