There is a water and power hookup (120V/30A). No sewer. Composting toilet preferred; however, there’s a drop site just down the block and a blackwater pickup service. A new setup would be based on meeting and getting along with the other folks on the property. A dog would be welcome if they get along with the dog currently on the property.
