The Little Deschutes is only a couple miles away with river access. I’m only 30 minutes to Bend and 5 minutes to La Pine and less than 15 minutes to downtown Sunriver. Off HWY 97 (The Dalles-California Hwy) & Burgess Rd. (Hwy 43). Great location with close access to hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, or relaxing.
Rates: $30 nightly (3-night minimum)
Weekly: $168 + $3 per night electric
Month to Month: $675 + $50 per month for electric during summer months. Internet $25 a month. Month to Month rental may require a damage deposit. (outside storage available for monthly rentals) Electric may be more in the winter depending on usage.
