This is in a nice quiet area in Bend close to everything. Included in price: sewer, garbage, water, WiFi and off street parking for 1 vehicle. Electricity is separate. Rv pad is behind a gate on the side of the back garden. Seeking one quiet financially responsible tidy person. No smokers or substances. An animal may be considered for more rent and security deposit depending on animal and circumstances. Must have own working furnace. The third photo is older and there is no longer the center garden area near the Rv pad. I removed it to give more space to RV tenant. We are two quiet folks in the home that are environmentally and health conscious. Since the garden property is a shared space it is important that our energies align and we will wait for a good fit. Must have references and verifiable income. Background check required. Nonrefundable first and last months rent plus $100 security deposit. Not a short term rental. Thanks.
