Hello! I have a private space available for an RV, 5th wheel or trailer. $675 month plus 1/3 of utilities used (garbage is included in monthly rent). Refundable security deposit of $675. Gravel pad with water, sewer, 50/30amp electric hook up. I will be requiring a background check ($25). No drugs, no drama or bad vibes. I’m looking for someone who is quiet and respectful. Nice large, partially shaded, quiet, private place close to town. Completely fenced and has your own private entrance. The picture is before the gravel and finished gate.
