Flat monthly rate of $775. This includes high speed internet and all utilities covered (water, electric, garbage). That said, everything has recently been inspected and is up to code and in compliance.
A one time non-refundable move in deposit of $400 will be required prior to moving in.
I have lease documents that would need to be signed prior to moving in as well.
