8 week old kitten needs home (Bend)

I got this kitten when it was super young 4/5 weeks and he didn't learn to use the litter box from mom.
It's pooping and peeing out of the litterbox and it's just not getting the process of how to use it. I'm just really overwhelmed with this and everything I have going on.
He is super loving and cuddly, he was good with my small dog. Loves to just sit around and sit on laps.
