Unfortunately, I've found myself needing to rehome three of my male rats. A bonded pair and a neutered male.
Boon and Fisk have found a home!
Lars is actually Fisk's brother. I got the two of them for Boon after his falling out with my aggressive boys, but Lars was quickly revealed to have hormonal aggression as well. It got steadily worse over the last few months, so I had him neutered last Wednesday. Lars is a cheeky dude; always up to something and very entertaining. Him being neutered should really help him chill around other rats, so I'm requiring he MUST go to a home with other rats, male or female. That being said, because of how recently he was neutered, I would strongly urge waiting to do intros till after a few weeks, depending on when you take him home. It takes just over a month for hormones to really leave his system, so introducing beforehand could prove more difficult than it needs to be. Lars is a fun rat, and once he's had the chance to chill out with other rats he'd make a nice addition to any group.
I love all of these rats to death, but due to my mental health declining I really need to down-size on my pets. Going to be picky about who the go to, and will ask a small rehoming fee. Cannot travel outside of Bend OR!
