About the shared office:
* $500/month. No lease - technically month to month but I’d like for someone to attempt to commit to at least 6 months.
* Renting out on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays for $500 with the option to take the office for the full or a half day on Saturdays at additional cost. Sunday through Tuesday the office is completely yours, anytime of day or night.
* Located on the first floor of a two story building
* Has it's own private entrance as well as an entrance from the main hallway of the building
* Small, single chair waiting area located in the hallway in front of our office door
* Roughly 10.5’ x 12' ft with additional 5’ x 4' storage closet
* Storage closet has a mini fridge, microwave, and some additional storage
* Included in the rent is the use of the following extras:
-brand new fully electric lift salon table from EarthLite (up/down, tilt, and articulating knee) with heating pad
-three crystal singing bowls
-Saltability hot Himalayan salt stones
-Theragun
-glass fire cups and silicone cupping cups
-various hand tools
-Hot towel cabinet
-Infrared heat lamp
-arm extenders for table
-pregnancy bolsters
-pillows
-weighted blanket
-etc
* AND the use of all high-end spa, Comphy brand linens (just wash them yourself and return to the office in a timely fashion and I'll do the same for you!)
* I only ask that you use your own computer/ipad/phone to connect to the speaker and that you use your own ointments, essential oils, and massage oils/lotions. Other than those, everything else is fair game.
* Would need to pitch in on client snacks, Brita water filter, tissues, etc as needed.
About the office building:
* In central Northwest Crossing adjacent to Summit HS
* Key coded, locked main doors for added security and privacy
* Property surveillance cameras
* Access to the building at any hour of the day/night
* Free copier/printer
* Conference room (workshops, meetings, art projects, etc?!)

About me:
I'm 37, and have been licensed and practicing since 2017 but graduated from COCC's massage program in 2016. While I have worked at several other places as either an independent contractor (Hawthorne Healing Art Center) or as an employee (Anjou Spa), I have also always maintained a private office. I truly want to share this beautiful space with another person so the room isn’t empty on my days off. I'm so eager to finally have an office space that feels full of life! While I do have a particular image in mind in regards to the office's aesthetic, and space is somewhat already full, I am happy to discuss and navigate how to make the office mutually ours so that you feel fully at home. My work is both firm and specific. I just got done studying and becoming certified to offer internal pelvic floor work as well as breast and abdominal massage with Leslie Stager RN, LMT. I also offer internal oral work, energy work, and a myriad of other modalities. While bodywork is truly my passion, I love to take long road trips with my husband on our motorcycles, singing, hiking, and lounging around with my aging doggies.
