I have a private room in my studio for rent, preferably someone in the beauty industry, tattoo or massage therapist, but open to other possibilities.
The office is located in the Southgate Center on South Hwy 97 just north of Powers Rd. between Fred Meyers and Walmart.
The room I’m looking to rent out is 12’x10’ and can be accessed from the interior hallway via the waiting area or by a private entrance from the parking lot.
There is also a 10’x20’ shared area with a waiting area on one end and a kitchenette/break area on the other that is separated by a room divider.
The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, microwave, sink, cabinets and table & chairs for breaks/lunches.
Rent is $475/month and covers the room plus full use of the waiting and kitchen areas and all utilities and WiFi and you’ll have access full time.
There’s no restroom in the suite, but there’s one very close just down the hall that is maintained and kept clean.
I will be subletting and will require you sign a lease.
