We have a 1314 sqft industrial bay in our building that is currently storing misc gear, which we would like to rent out.
There is a 12' roll up door, heated office space, bathroom. The industrial bay is 47' deep, 27' wide. It has an upstairs shelved mezzanine for additional storage over the office. Additionally, there is an 20'x40' exterior fenced/locked space with sizeable equipment shed that would be included as part of the lease.
The combined rent of interior and exterior space is $2,600/mo. Tenant responsible for electricity and gas. This would be a 1-2 year lease to start.
We are not including pictures at this time, solely because of the current contents in the bay which would be removed upon lease agreement. Happy to walk you through it anytime - or send pictures privately.
