We believe the front desk sets the tone for the entire patient experience, and we are looking for a reliable, proactive Patient Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role
As a Patient Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our patients and a key support to our clinical and management team. You will work closely with the Patient Coordination Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly, tasks are completed accurately, and patients feel well cared for from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Handle check-out, payments, and basic billing support
- Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time
- Support insurance authorizations and documentation as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk area
- Communicate clearly with the PCM regarding task status and priorities
- Follow established SOPs and contribute to a smooth daily workflow
