Small construction business seeking a dependable part-time office assistant to support daily office operations. This position is best suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general office administration.
Responsibilities:
General office organization and administrative support
Billing and invoicing customers
Tracking accounts receivable and following up on outstanding balances
Entering and managing accounts payable
Filing, data entry, and document management
Communicating professionally with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Helping keep office tasks organized and on schedule
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication
Able to work independently and stay on task
Prior experience in bookkeeping, billing, AR, AP, or office administration
Construction office experience preferred
