As a key member of our front office team, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, property owners, and prospective tenants. This role offers a great mix of customer interaction, administrative work, property showings, and field activities—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Assist with leasing activities
Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective tenants
Perform routine property inspections
Maintain accurate records and complete data entry tasks
Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operations
Support the property management team with special projects and other duties as needed

Professional phone and email etiquette
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Data entry and administrative experience preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required (company vehicles provided)
