Administrative Assistant
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join us and provide essential support directly to our owner.
About the Role: As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the owners many functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with minimal supervision
• Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Real estate and non-profit experience preferred
