This is an outstanding 2003 Tumalo-build Master Class guitar with Kim’s and Ed’s signatures – excellent condition:
Per the label – “No. 248 of S# 5238”.
Indian rosewood body – soft cutaway.
Sitka spruce top.
Mahogany neck.
Ebony fretboard, bridge, and head stock overlay.
Koa binding and tailstock inlay.
Abalone rosette.
Schaler Germany gold tuners.
Jumbo frets – minimal wear.
JLD bridge truss.
LR Baggs Anthem electronics.
Original custom TKL Case - excellent.
Original 2003 build sheet.
New D’Addario 80/20 Bronze light strings – .012-.053.
A beautiful finger picking guitar with low action and rich/balanced sound – several videos available online.
The body, built to Ed’s specifications, is a very comfortable thin-line Jumbo - 17” across and 3-7/8” deep at the lower bout, 3-1/4” deep at the upper bout.
No significant cosmetic issues – as pictured:
Some grain discoloration on the top at the lower bout below the bridge and a few minor dings.
Very faint scratches on the back – unable to photograph.
No finish clouding or damage to the tip of the headstock.
Guitar is located in Bend.
