Arborwear (Aerostich) Riding Pants, Knee Armor. The size tag says Men's 32" Waist, 30" Inseam. Note that these seem to fit narrower at the waist, more like a 30". They are in great condition (NO crashes!)

These are made out extra-heavy-duty canvas.
