$175 for the base mount, and side bags with dry bags. (Heat shield, mounting anchors)

New set of Tusk Excursion Rackless Saddle Bags. I purchased for my second gen KLR and I don't like the way they fit on the bike. I need it a little wider. Getting a different tusk rackless system.
Never used, mounted once. I did inadvertently put a little hole in the fabric, see image. Can purchase the whole system or just the base system that attaches to the bike, the side bags that attach to the base, dry bags, heat shield, and mounting hardware.
I could help you install these if you aren't the best at it.
These bags, if wider mounting base, would work our really well for a few days of camping or traveling on the bike. They locked down really well even with the narrow base for my rear rack. Felt super stable. The fabric feels bomber too.
I'll ignore questions about prices.
