I got these, used them for three hours, and realized I needed the further back version instead. These are recommended for riders who ride on the middle of their foot or have a more foot-forward stance.
Steg Pegz have been a game changer for my riding needs, though I have resisted trying them for many years. If you tend to ride more open desert and whooped out trails, these truly take a ton of the acceleration forces off of your hands. You can now get a confident grip on the bike with your legs. I also find I have more control of the bike body in the rocks. If you’re doing hard enduro work, these aren’t for you.
MSRP is $140, get these for $80 because they look a bit “used.”
