Everything we make is designed, cut, and sewn in-house in Bend, Oregon. Not because it’s easy—but because it’s right. Keeping production under our roof allows us to control quality at every step, move fast, and stand behind every piece we produce. It keeps our footprint smaller, supports American jobs, and ensures that what we build reflects the values we stand for.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
We are seeking an individual with sewing experience—or someone with the grit, work ethic, and mindset to learn. Skill can be taught. Attitude cannot.
This is a hands-on role inside a fast-growing American manufacturing company, where your work directly contributes to gear that’s built to last—and built the right way.
What You’ll Do:
Operate industrial sewing machines and assist in product assembly
Work with premium materials including waxed canvas, webbing, and technical fabrics
Maintain uncompromising standards of quality and consistency
Support production flow and help meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
Sewing experience is a plus, but not required
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and improve every day
Pride in craftsmanship and doing things the right way
Reliable, accountable, and ready to work hard
What We Offer:
Part-time to start, with a path to full-time for the right individual
Hands-on training and real skill development
Opportunity to grow with a company committed to American manufacturing
This is not just a job. It’s a chance to be part of a team that believes where and how something is made still matters.
If that resonates, we want to hear from you.
