We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as an Entry-Level Sewing Associate. No prior sewing experience is required—we will provide training. However, commercial or industrial sewing experience is preferred.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position that offers flexible scheduling, paid holidays, PTO, and opportunities for advancement into additional production roles.
Responsibilities:
* Operate sewing equipment and perform sewing-related production tasks
* Follow established quality standards and work instructions
* Inspect completed work for accuracy and workmanship
* Maintain an organized and safe work area
* Assist with other production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to learn new skills and follow instructions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commercial sewing experience preferred, but not required
