Sales/Project Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Sales of highly customizable architectural products to the residential and commercial construction industry
• Communication with architects, interior designers, contractors, homeowners, dealers, and vendors
• Project management of multiple jobs simultaneously- from initial inquiry through job completion
• Reading and scaling of architectural drawings to provide accurate estimates
• Managing multiple tasks, phone calls, emails, walk-in clients in an efficient manner
Requirements and Skills
• Strong sales/customer service experience (preferably in the construction industry)
• Committed to providing outstanding customer service
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Solid organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
• Effective communications and ability to work well with others
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Prioritize tasks and work independently on occasion
• Ability to understand architectural blue prints
• Demonstrate basic math skills
• Must be reliable and trustworthy
• Able to work Monday through Friday
Desired Skills
• Proven track record in sales
• Excellent written and oral communication and follow-up
• Friendly, customer-oriented, great phone etiquette
• Proficient in MS Office programs- Word & Outlook
• QuickBooks experience helpful
• Tech savvy- printers, faxes, phone system
• Familiarity with the construction industry and Sketchup software is a plus!
