This olive branch was cut in 2015. We milled it up today. There’s so much oil in this wood. It really never dries. It would need to dry some to put a finish on it. It is 46 inches long 30 inches at the widest 18 in the middle and 16 at the bottom and 2 inches thick. you just don’t see this every day. It looks like marble when it’s finished. $268. She put water on it so you could see what it would look like with a finish. This is Mediterranean olive From a 200 year old tree from an old homestead in the city of Yolo in Northern California.
