Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, lead follow-ups, networking, and community engagement
Conduct client walkthroughs, prepare quotes, present proposals, negotiate, and close deals
Maintain consistent follow-ups and track all leads, quotes, and client activity
Manage marketing initiatives, including social media postings and Google Ads
Use digital tools confidently for sales tracking, proposals, and communications
Support the full sales cycle from first contact through handoff to operations
Requirements:
Must have sales experience, 3+ years is preferred (proof of past performance will be requested)
Must have basic knowledge of commercial cleaning or be willing to learn quickly
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outreach and in-person prospecting
Professional, personable, and confident in client-facing situations
Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools, CRM systems, and online advertising platforms
High school diploma or equivalent
Pass a basic background check
Valid driver’s license
English mandatory; bilingual in Spanish preferred
Compensation:
Base Pay: $47,840/year ($23/hour, 40-hour week)
Commissions: $33,250/year potential if monthly targets are met (no cap)
Total Compensation Potential: $81,090/year
