Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator (Remote, Part-Time Contractor)
Pay: $22–$30/hour

Location: Remote (U.S.-based required, Oregon preferred)
We are a growing one-person digital marketing agency currently supporting 12 active clients across a variety of industries including home services, healthcare, e-commerce, and specialty/niche businesses. We’re looking for a reliable, self-directed Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to help support SEO, content creation, website updates, and digital marketing efforts.
Industries include:
• Air duct cleaning & home services
• Plastic surgery & med spa
• Cleaning products/equipment
• Survey equipment, lawn bowls, and other niche brands
What You’ll Do:
• Write SEO-focused blogs and website content
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search intent
• Create Google Business Profile posts and social media captions
• Update and build WordPress pages (primarily Elementor)
• Optimize on-page SEO (headers, metadata, internal links, etc.)
• Assist with Mailchimp email campaigns
• Create simple graphics in Canva
• Help monitor SEO and Google Ads performance
• Support reporting and analytics tracking
Preferred Skills:
• WordPress + Elementor
• SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Google Analytics/Search Console
• Google Business Profile
• Mailchimp
• Canva
• Google Ads experience is a plus
Ideal Candidate:
• 2+ years experience in SEO, digital marketing, and website/content management
• Strong writer able to adapt across different industries and brand voices
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly independent
• Comfortable juggling multiple clients/projects
• Interested in growing alongside a small agency
