Overview:
• The Client Service & Operations Associate plays a central role in delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the firm operates smoothly as we scale.
• You will work closely with our leadership team to support client relationships, coordinate operations, and help implement systems that allow the firm to grow without sacrificing quality or care.
• This is not a passive administrative role — it is a hands-on position with meaningful responsibility and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Support
• Coordinate client onboarding and account setup
• Prepare materials for client review meetings
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
• Respond to routine client requests with professionalism and warmth
• Assist with scheduling and follow-up communications
Operations & Workflow Execution
• Manage assigned workflow tasks through our CRM
• Ensure processes are completed accurately and on time
• Support implementation of new systems and procedures
• Coordinate vendor interactions and internal logistics
• Assist with compliance-related administrative tasks
Client Experience & Events
• Support client appreciation events and communications
• Coordinate gifts, outreach, and special initiatives
• Help maintain consistent service standards
Ideal Candidate
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and team centric
• Comfortable communicating with clients professionally
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Curious and eager to learn
• Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with a team
• Interested in financial planning or professional services
Technical Skills (Helpful but Not Required)
• CRM systems (Redtail preferred)
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Experience with financial platforms (LPL ClientWorks, Morningstar) is a plus
• Marketing experience
Compensation and Work Arrangement:
• Compensation: $25–40/hour depending on experience (50k-80k equivalent)
• Full-time or part-time considered. Bonus structure for right candidate
• Hybrid or remote flexibility depending on candidate and performance
