**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Loading and Unloading:** Carefully load and unload trucks to prevent damage and ensure proper placement of items.
- **Product Preparation:** Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer to meet operational needs.
- **Furniture Maintenance:** Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture to ensure it is ready for rental or proper storage.
- **Warehouse Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- **Inventory Management:** Tag, store, relocate, and conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety guidelines, participate in safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups to ensure a safe working environment.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
**Work Schedule:**
- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.
