Established Bend-area builder specializing in high-end post-frame shops, garages, and ADUs is looking for reliable subcontractor crews to add to our rotation. Steady pipeline of quality work booked through the end of the year.
Looking for:

- Framing and/or siding crews experienced in post-frame / pole barn construction
- Carpenters strong on finish and trim
- Crews who show up on scheduled days, communicate clearly, and take pride in clean, correct work

We pay fairly and on a clear progress-draw schedule, provide detailed plans and scopes, and treat our trades like professionals. If you do sharp work and do what you say you'll do, we'll keep you busy.
