Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Ranch Hand/Errand Runner to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and is capable of handling both physical work on the ranch and running errands as needed. This position can be adapted to full-time or part-time hours, depending on the candidate’s availability.


  • Perform basic maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. No experience is required.

  • Organize and maintain tools and equipment.

  • General property maintenance, such as removing debris, watering plants, and other miscellaneous tasks.

  • Run errands such as picking up supplies from local stores and dropping off equipment for repair.

  • Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for events as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support ranch operations and event preparations.

  • General assistance to owners.


  • Strong work ethic and integrity is a must.

  • Ability to organize and manage inventory effectively.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Physically capable of performing tasks requiring moderate physical labor.

  • Reliable and self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
