Well established window covering business looking for a dependable, detail-oriented installer to join our team in Bend, OR. We are an established company serving a high-end residential clientele, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and clean finish work
Professional appearance and communication. Ability to provide high-end customer service in upscale homes. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and work with tools safely. Experience with measuring, mounting, leveling, troubleshooting, and finish adjustments
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous window covering installation experience preferred
Construction, finish carpentry, trim, or remodeling experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with motorized shades, low-voltage components, or exterior screen systems is a bonus
Ability to problem-solve in the field and adapt to custom installations
