Elite Electric is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse & Operations Manager to join our team in Bend, OR. As a design-build electrical contractor, we provide comprehensive electrical design and construction services. Our services include power distribution, lighting, controls, security, surveillance, fire alarm, and communication systems.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bend, OR. The Warehouse & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, shop, fleet, tools, equipment, and material logistics.
This position plays a key role in supporting our field crews by ensuring materials, equipment, and vehicles are organized, maintained, and available when needed. The role works closely with Project Managers, the Purchasing Coordinator, and field personnel to keep projects running efficiently.
Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and shop.
· Receive, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
· Maintain inventory of stock materials, consumables, and company assets.
· Stage materials and equipment for upcoming projects.
· Coordinate deliveries, pickups and material transfers
· Manage company vehicles, trailers, lifts, temporary power equipment, and specialty equipment.
· Coordinate equipment scheduling, maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
· Track company tools and equipment across active projects.
· Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse personnel while promoting teamwork and accountability.
· Assist with prefabrication and project preparation.
· Train warehouse personnel on equipment and company procedures.
· Maintain warehouse safety and organization.
· Collaborate with Project Managers and field personnel to support project schedules and operations.
Qualifications
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
· Valid Oregon Driver License with a clean driving record.
· Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
· Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
Preferred Experience
· Warehouse, logistics, or operations management experience.
· Experience in the electrical or construction industry.
· Inventory management and material handling experience.
· Fleet and equipment coordination experience.
· Forklift & Scissor Lift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
· Experience with construction management software is a plus
Schedule
· Full-time schedule onsite Monday-Friday 6:30am to 4:00pm
Compensation and Benefits
· Highly competitive salary based upon experience. Starting at $35.00/hour, however, candidates with extensive experience, exceptional leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills may be offered a higher starting wage.
