This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, shows up on time, and wants to learn professional woodworking and metal fabrication skills.
---Responsibilities---
Assist with woodworking tasks, sanding, prep, assembly, and finishing
Handle and organize materials and deliveries
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
Support custom fabrication projects under supervision of lead fabricator
Wrapping, boxing, and labeling for international shipments
---Qualifications---
Comfortable working in a shop environment
Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic hand and power tool experience preferred (training provided)
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
---Schedule & Pay---
Flexible schedule: 20–35 hrs/week
Tiered Pay Progression:
Level 1 – Entry/Training: $19–$21/hr (first 90 days)
Level 2 – Competent/Independent: $22–$23/hr (after 3–6 months)
Level 3 – Skilled/Experienced: $24–$25/hr (after 6–12 months or demonstrated proficiency)

Sick time accrues at 1 hour per 30 hours worked (Oregon law)
