We are hiring Part-Time Experienced Cleaners to join our growing, locally owned cleaning company serving Central Oregon.
We are a newly established, female-owned, family-operated business backed by years of professional cleaning experience in the region. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who are interested in long-term partnership and growth within the company.
Position Overview:
This is a part-time independent contractor position with flexible scheduling. You choose your availability. We are looking for someone available to pick up weekend cleans maybe once a month rotation. This position will mainly be weekday shifts. Mainly focusing on residential, move-out, commercial cleaning.
There is strong potential for increased pay within 3 months based on performance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential cleaning (vacation rental and/or commercial experience preferred)
- Must supply your own cleaning equipment and products
- Reliable personal vehicle & ability to travel throughout Bend, Redmond & Sunriver
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed
- Professional communication skills
- Must obtain cleaning liability insurance (meeting company coverage requirements) by the end of the 1-month probationary training period
Training & Evaluation:
- 1-month probationary training & evaluation period
- Upon successful completion, contractor must secure appropriate cleaning liability insurance to continue long-term

Our cleaning schedules are built around client needs and booking times, not solely contractor preference. While we offer flexibility, we require team members to commit to a consistent, predetermined schedule based on recurring client appointments.
For example: Many of our clients are scheduled for cleans at 9:00 AM on Tuesdays, with an expected completion time between 12:00–1:00 PM. Contractors assigned to these clients must reliably commit to that time slot on an ongoing basis.
- Are you able to commit to a consistent, recurring schedule based on client demand (including weekday mornings and/or weekend appointments)? If yes, please briefly describe your weekly availability and any limitations.
- For scheduling, documentation, and billing accuracy, all contractors are required to check in and communicate regarding assigned cleans, shift updates, and any job-related changes on standard workdays. Consistent and timely communication is essential to this role.
