Local family business has an immediate opening for a qualified applicant to care for a number of privately held properties throughout the Central Oregon area. This this is a full time position with year round employment. There are a broad range of skillsets required to fulfill this position.
Key Responsibilities - List of various tasks for this position:
· Lawn Care (mowing, fertilizing, repairs)
· Irrigation maintenance
· Weed control (both manual removal and herbicides)
· Fire Mitigation
· Pavement sweeping
· Landscape planting
· Snow Removal
· Light Duty building maintenance
Minimum Qualifications - A qualified applicant shall the following skillsets:
· Be a self-starter with minimal supervision
· Honest and dependable with notable references
· Positive attitude willing to be a team player and tackle any given assignment
· Minimum 3 years of experience in the landscaping industry
· Ability to operate a broad range of equipment including: Lawn mower, edger, weed-eater, thatcher, chainsaw, Bobcat, truck/trailer combo, electric hand tools among other tools as required to complete the task at hand.
· Ability to lift 50lbs
*Bilingual is a plus but not a mandatory requirement for this position* Compensation & Benefits - In return, we offer the following compensation:
· Starting wage $30.00/hr (negotiable) with opportunity for overtime and various forms of incentives
