We are a well established full-service landscape design, construction and maintenance company based in Bend with 15-20 team members. We’re seeking quality individuals interested in challenging and rewarding career opportunities working to maintain fine residential landscapes and outdoor spaces in Central Oregon. We have a fun, healthy work environment, great properties/clientele and use quality well-maintained equipment. We offer competitive wages and provide health insurance and 401K to full-time employees. Currently we’re looking for landscape maintenance crew members to join us for the 2026 season. We have part-time and full-time positions available (15-40 hours/week). Work days are Monday - Friday throughout the season (Mar-Nov). Candidates should have at least 1 year of verifiable experience and must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General labor
- Operating 21" and 36" mowers
- Operating handheld equipment such as edgers, trimmers and blowers
- Identify and pull weeds
- Pay attention to detail
- Ability to work well on a team and have fun!
REQUIREMENTS:
- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours in all elements throughout the season.
- Must have the stamina to work 8-10 hour days in adverse weather conditions.
- Be willing to learn.
- Be able to work on your feet all day and lift 50+ lbs.
- Be neat, clean and professional in appearance. You will be representing an upscale premium landscape company.
