Aspen Landscape Development is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team!! We’re looking for a motivated, dependable individual with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will work efficiently as part of a team to deliver high-quality service at all customer properties.
Responsibilities Include:
-Mowing, trimming, and hard edging lawns
-Pruning shrubs and small trees
-Weeding and maintaining planting beds
-Blowing off walkways, driveways, and patios
-Seasonal cleanups and mulching
-Assisting with irrigation checks
-Ensuring all work meets company quality standards
-Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers
Requirements:
-Experience: Minimum 1+ years in professional landscape maintenance
-Trustworthy & Reliable: Must take responsibility for customer accounts and company equipment
-Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
